      Verdict

      It was soft ground when MUHADATHAT finished third on her debut at Ripon. But Mark Johnston's filly was nine lengths clear of a subsequent winner on that occasion and looks the one to beat if proving as effective on this faster surface. Koothrappali was not beaten far when fifth at Doncaster and makes most appeal of the remainder including Just A Groove and Zoraida with the former preferred of the latter pair.
