        Mamma's Boy Seems to be taking time to run into form this season; however four times a winner here and must be respected.

        Highland Gold (IRE) Not disgraced last time in decent handicap here; however, yet to get his head in front and not one to place too much confidence in.

        Noble Cyrano Has not been in good form of late and may not be the force he was a year ago; capable on his day but may be best overlooked here.

        High Sun Live contender on his good third last time when he did not get the clearest of runs; has not won since 1999 but one for the short-list today.

        Sign of The Dragon Lightly-raced and no real encouragement on races so far; may be open to more improvement than some of these but may struggle again today.

        Jimgareen (IRE) Has finished well behind on her last four starts and little encouragement on reappearance recently; however, trainer is in good form and must be respected in this type of event.

        Lincoln Dean Consistent performer who should come on for outing last time out; has been racing in better company and should be respected today.

        Satire Lightly-raced maiden whose best form came when finishing second at Nottingham in October; possibility at this level but may be better for the run.

        Grantley Still a maiden but has been in decent form on all-weather; fitness advantage must be respected.

        Dolfinesse (IRE) Has shown some decent form at a low level but may find one or two too good today.

        Typhoon Eight (IRE) Has not won since 1996 and showed nothing on return from lengthy absence last time out; unlikely to trouble the leaders today.
