In depth

Verdict

Spirit Of Coniston won at Catterick before a recent second on the Fibresand at Southwell and is not out of this, but Monte Mayor One has struggled off a higher mark since a C&D victory at the start of the month. Cayman Fox showed her best form for some time when second at Redcar on Wednesday and could figure, but the nod goes to MISSILE ATTACK. Ian Semple's charge went very close on his handicap debut last month and with scope for improvement he's taken to get off the mark here.
