        Verdict

        Flash City hasn't won as many races as he should and again found trouble when dropped into this class at Ripon last time. Innocently has had 16 runs since last winning in 2014 and will need to do better than recently but the three-year-old FUMBO JUMBO has twice chased home the rapidly-improving Black Grass, who has since completed a four-timer, and won a course and distance handicap here in April so looks the one to be on. Another from the younger brigade, Searanger, won here last summer and scored again last weekend at Redcar and he's a threat along with the veteran Seamster, who won his 10th race on his 50th start at Beverley though the previous nine had been on the all-weather.
