Arcanears was staying on strongly over 5f here the last time he ran on Turf and has been in fine form at Dundalk over the winter though he's shot up the weights as a consequence. Fastar ran on to score over 7f at Wolverhampton and it's a very long time since he ran over a trip this short. Dark Vader has won three times at Dundalk since November but has never raced in these conditions so a chance is taken on TRESORIER. John Feane's charge gained his only success when racing in France as a juvenile but showed in the autumn that another victory was imminent and will enjoy the conditions. Royal Canford landed a Curragh maiden on soft ground though looked too high in the ratings subsequently but Titanium Sky was operating at Listed and Group 3 level last season so should find this less daunting.
