Verdict

ALLIGATOR ALLEY made a reasonable start behind Sunday Sovereign at the Curragh and though beaten when a short-priced favourite behind Lil Grey on a return visit that was a much better race than this. The Peckhampouncer finished just in front of him when both made their debuts but didn't improve as much as expected when sent to Ayr last month. Reducta cost £80,000 and hails from a yard in form so watch the market for clues while Shines Her Light looked in need of experience when last of four at Dundalk in April but the form of the race has worked out reasonably well.
