Verdict

Prince Of Scars overcame a less than fluent round of jumping to beat Kylecrue at Clonmel and the latter is expected to go well over fences in the previous race. Childrens List has been a bit hit and miss but was on his way back to victory when falling at the last at Galway last month. He's still only five and there should be more to come so he's sure to make a bold bid. After scoring over two miles at Listowe,, Misty Lady stepped up a mile and completed a double at Gowran before another very good run in a strong Down Royal handicap. But FOXROCK (NAP) finished fifth in this a year ago before producing several cracking efforts over fences which propelled him 40lb up the ratings. He's still only seven and, though he'll be back over the bigger obstacles before long, Ted Walsh should have him fired up to take advantage of his lowly mark. Pencilhimin won this last year and is another who has been chasing though he's on an 11lb higher mark. Roll It Out and Fine Rightly, the latter another back on a lenient mark over timber, are others to consider.
