Allenstown Kid finished a close second to the top-class Yorkhill in a point-to-point before two reasonable bumper runs and should do much better over hurdles. De Plotting Shed was impressive in landing a Fairyhouse bumper and started favourite for a Listed bumper at Ascot but didn't run as well as expected. He should do better over fences in time and has plenty of potential. GURTEEN scored between the flags then finished runner-up to the potentially brilliant Min over hurdles at Punchestown. He was beaten 14l but then landed a heavy-ground bumper at Leopardstown and will be difficult to beat here. The five-year-old Milan Dancer has shown a bit of promise between the flags and is one to note for the future.
