In depth

Verdict

Megalomaniac won a strong Tramore handicap last month having made a successful debut over fences on the same track in May, He beat THE BIG LENSE by 4l over hurdles at Clonmel on his previous start but was receiving 16lb from Gordon Elliott's charge, who scored over the bigger obstacles at Limerick last time and receives 4lb from his rival. Icantsay has been performing with credit in major handicaps and looks a real threat down in class and though Shanpallas is on a long losing run he's dropped to a very lowly mark with Darragh O'Keeffe's claim another bonus.
