Verdict

MYSTIFIABLE (NAP) was impressive on only his second start over fences at Leicester and should be even better now that the ground has dried out a little. He's 8lb higher but the slight step up in distance is probably in his favour and he looks the one to beat. Both of Ballyadeen's victories so far have come at Market Rasen and he looks to have plenty of weight but Special Agent put a poor run over this course and distance behind him in November, when well adrift of Nitrogen, to finish second at Huntingdon and should continue to progress. Wild Rover also has scope and Muckle Roe has a chance if the fences don’t get in the way but Charlie Longsdon's pair, Bob Tucker and Long Lunch, now have questions to answer.
