    Verdict

Gold Nugget showed little last year so it's no surprise that Richard Hughes prefers stablemate and Kempton runner-up Gold Medal. Remote wasn't disgraced on his debut but jockey bookings suggest Wood Ditton seventh She's Late is preferred. The latter finished a length behind SASKATCHEWAN at this track last time and Luca Cumani's Derby entry is fancied to open his account over this longer trip. Russian Realm and International Love are others likely to improve and Strawberry Jam finished ahead of Aficionado at Windsor last month. Asbaab and Testudo are newcomers to note along with Retirement Plan, the first foal of high-class Group 1 winner Passage Of Time.
