In depth

Verdict

Barry Hills has his yard in top form again and Crystal Valkyrie can be expected to go close having shown a consistent level of form in similar company of late. Sloe Gin may have found the combination of a mile and a half on testing ground against her when well behind in a Chepstow maiden but has been assessed accordingly and is respected on her handicap bow. Countess Miletrian looks harshly treated so Island Of Paradise, who will appreciate the step up in trip, looks best of the remainder.
