In depth

Verdict

A race that centres around Theatrical Moment and he may just be the percentage call over Oberon Moon and The Package. The selection has been called a few names following a couple of reverses but he may have ran into a live one in Zebra Crossing and provided there is nothing of note among the relative newcomers, he can break his hurdling duck here. Oberon Moon took the recent bumper at Cheltenham well and looks an exciting prospect. He left the impression that he may be better when tried over slightly further. The Package ran a little too freely at Chepstow last time out but should be capable of winning a race sooner rather than later. Debut's attempt to pot hunt in Ireland was to no avail as she threw away her chances through keenness in the early stages. Mick Fitzgerald has kept faith this afternoon. Canalturn didn't show much in points and is watched in the market. Lord Appellare can be anticipated to have come on for the run. Theatrical Moment is not without risks at this level but secures the nomination in the nightcap.
