In depth

Verdict

An excellent prize has attracted a cracking line-up though Frankie's presence on WILD HACKED (NAP) suggests his mount will be very difficult to beat. Three times a winner last season, including on Polytrack at Chelmsford, he couldn't quite manage to peg back the well regarded and leniently-treated Big Country in the Roseberry at Kempton and would be unlucky to come up against another one as good. To Be Wild landed a Ffos Las maiden in July and didn't reappear until October when storming away with a strong handicap at Doncaster so he's in the 'could be anything' category. The Godolphin entry Good Run hails from a yard going very strongly and he won a handicap here in November before just touched off in a strong contest on his reappearance last month. Fabricate won a Class 2 handicap at Leicester in October and was having his first subsequent run when a close third in similar grade at Wolverhampton early last month. There are plenty of others with chances in what should be an informative handicap.
