Verdict

Albert's Back completed a double over the minimum trip on soft ground at Wetherby at the end of last year and makes his handicap debut. ZIG ZAG (NAP), a dual winner on the Flat in Ireland, has scored twice over hurdles for Philip Kirby including at Wetherby last month and he's only been raised 2lb so looks the one to be on. Ninepointsixthree has been raised 10lb for his recent victory on soft ground at Sedgefield, his second in similar conditions on the track, while Joke Dancer completed a heavy-ground double when landing this a year ago and along with Cartmel specialist Altruism has a long absence to overcome.
