        Verdict

        HARPERS RUBY is penalised 6lb for last week’s convincing win at Wolverhampton. She had earlier finished third to Indastar over track and trip but can come out on top this time, though the latter can figure again while Intense Starlet was ahead of Tell The Stars when scoring over 6f here three week ago to record her first win. Compton River ran well again at Catterick having landed a double over 5f earlier and Sugar Town has been placed on a couple of occasions since winning over 6f here last month. Lady Joanna Vassa was successful on soft ground at Leicester before running poorly at Doncaster on her latest start.
