In depth

Verdict

Virtually no public form to go on and, as ever in these type of events, the market will provide further clues but Armaguedon sets a fair standard and is handed the TEAMtalk vote. Lennie Lungo's charge showed plenty of promise on his debut when third of 16 in a useful bumper at Ayr's Scottish National meeting in April and should prove hard to beat with the benefit of experience. Mary Reveley has a good record in bumpers and the Saltburn handler is double handed with La Femme En Rouge the stable's first string. A market move could prove significant while River Marshal and Impinda are other newcomers to note in the ring.
