Verdict

Gabrial's Hope landed a moderate handicap at Redcar on Friday and will need to produce more under a penalty but Gabrial The Thug is finally dropping to a fair mark and ran his best race for some time at Bath last time. However, he was over 3l behind ELIZABETH COFFEE that day and John Weymes' charge, who had completed a double over hurdles and at Yarmouth previously, can get back to winning ways. Frontline Phantom was behind her in that latter race and is worse off at the weights under his penalty but Gadabout Dancer could prove a threat as she's lower in the weights than her last success.
