        Verdict

        High-class filly The Fugue made a winning debut for John Gosden in this so Angelic Air is worth noting for any support. Excellent View is related to winners and is another newcomer to consider but Queen Of Ice wears her owners second colours. The first are sported by SEA THE BLOOM, as her name suggests, a filly bred in the purple by Sea The Stars out of the top-class Red Bloom. She gets the speculative vote on her racecourse debut. Makruma looks best of those with experience though she failed to improve on her debut third at this track when disappointing last time. Katawi may finish closer but it's hard to make a case for any of the remainder.
