A good quality handicap that looks extremely competitive though NO HERETIC will be difficult to beat. David Simcock's charge, a late maturer who scored over the trip at Epsom in August, loves fast ground as he showed with an emphatic victory here on his reappearance over today's rival Suegioo and, with just a 4lb rise to contend with, he looks the one to beat. Handsome Man looks a smart staying handicapper who won over 1m6f at Yarmouth in September and just failed in a similar grade contest at Thirsk on his reappearance. Rawaki scored on heavy ground at Yarmouth in October and ran really well on his return in a Hamiliton Listed handicap but Gabrial The Great has shown his best form on ground with plenty of give. Angel Gabrial takes a slight step up in class from his Ascot victory but had Suegioo behind over 1m2f here in August so has to be respected.
