Verdict

River Glass makes more appeal on breeding than Shuriken of the newcomers. He's a half-brother to 1m2f winner Northside Prince. Mawaseel has shown no improvement for the step up to middle-distances but PENNINE PANTHER posted a much better effort over today's trip when fourth at Newbury last time. He finished behind a couple of subsequent winners and Henry Candy's charge looks the one to beat on that form.
