    Verdict

John Gosden introduces a son of Dubai Destination in Dhaamer for this one mile maiden and he could be of interest on his racecourse debut but ERTIKAAN sets a decent standard and he will be tough to beat following an improved effort here over seven furlongs last time and gets the vote ahead of Space War. John Gosden's colt made a pleasing debut on the Polytrack at Lingfield over seven furlongs last week when a close third behind Kakatosi and he has to be respected on his turf debut over the extra furlong that should suit. Roose Blox has run creditably in both starts so far but looks booked for a place at best, while any market support for Luca Cumani's King's Best filly Wallis would be of interest. The Michael Jarvis-trained Ertikaan was made favourite for his Newbury debut last month but was ultimately disappointing when mid-division behind Moretta Blanche; however, he stepped up considerably on that when third of 16 behind Man Of Action here subsequently and looks the one to beat judged by that effort.
