Carpe Diem Lady has been consistent without threatening to get her head in front and while Phoenix Beat is likely to do better back at a mile, she doesn’t seem obviously well-handicapped. FOL O’YASMINE ran well to win on her handicap debut and can defy a penalty here under similar conditions. Trulee Scrumptious has a good record at this course and showed plenty of early pace over a longer trip last time, so is capable of making the frame, along with the unexposed Pure Vanity.
