      Verdict

      Return Ace was making her debut on Turf when third on the Rowley Mile course here in October but hasn't raced since. Haddajah only won a Polytrack maiden last month but is completely unexposed. Talent To Amuse was just beaten here in May and was then an easy winner on Turf at Lingfield. She also has plenty of scope but it took Bellajeu 10 attempts to get off the mark. Recent winners Stockhill Diva and Tioga Pass have more on their plate today but CALIFORNIA has her sights lowered after contesting Listed races in her last four starts. Her last appearance in a handicap, at Doncaster in September, saw her run out a comfortable winner and she should be approaching peak fitness now.
