In depth

Verdict

QUSHCHI had been running well without reward prior to her success at Doncaster. She's a progressive filly and a 3lb rise in the weights isn't excessive so there's no reason why she won't go close again here. Mountain Range may be the danger and is worth another chance over this longer trip with Louis Beuzelin taking off 3lb, while Ittirad is tried in blinkers having failed to quicken when third to Bridle Belle at Ripon last time. Haylaman and C&D winner Midnight Oil are others to consider while Northside Prince may prove the pick of the older horses having just been touched off by Rain Mac over this trip at Pontefract earlier in the month. Nave and Trip The Light have the past form to figure but have proved inconsistent lately.
