Verdict

LONDON BRIDGE took the step up in trip in his stride when scoring over 1m4f at Ripon last week. He fought off all comers to win a shade cosily in the end and remains ahead of the handicapper on that evidence. Little separated Kuantan One and Arbaah when the former came out best at Goodwood last time and Bin Singspiel finished ahead of previous winner Getaway Car at Musselburgh earlier this month. But Sioux Chieftain looks a bigger threat as he ran well at York last time having been raised 8lb for an earlier victory at Nottingham and there should be more to come from him.
