    BRIEF VISIT (NAP) gave notice of a return to winning ways when second in a higher grade contest at Ffos Las on her latest start. She finished well clear of the rest and is preferred to Grapevine, who wasn’t beaten far at Newbury recently despite finishing only seventh. Shimmering Light is upped in class after going close at Sandown but Turning Gold has run a couple of shockers since scoring at Yarmouth in July.
