    Verdict

Vegas Boys, Mugeba and Out For A Stroll catch the eye in a wide open handicap, with Vegas Boys nominated to defy top weight. Twice a winner last year, Out For A Stroll won his first race this year in an apprentice contest last time. That was over a mile, and the eight-year-old may find this trip on the short side against good opposition. Gay Kelleway has her small string in good form and Mugeba comes here in good form, having been a solid third at Haydock last week. She invariably picks up a race each year, and her last success came over this trip. She can hit the frame. Vegas Boys is thoroughly consistent and looks capable of further improvement, especially over this trip of seven furlongs. He was staying on well in third here last time on similar ground, and he has won twice this year, including one win over this trip. Vegas Boys has not finished out of the frame in his last nine starts and he can return to winning ways, running off the same mark as last weekend.
