Verdict

Tikkinthebox has been struggling for form this year but Romanor usually runs his race. Shareef Star has started favourite for both starts since returning from a break so connections will be anxious to recoup losses and he is getting 14lb from Dogon, well beaten at Stratford after winning at Fontwell. Helford River is not without a chance but STEADY THE SHIP went off much too quickly at Huntingdon when on a hat-trick. He was a spent force turning for home but Jonjo O’Neill Jr will hopefully ride him with more restraint today.
