Most of the field have a chance of sorts in a wide-open chase. VIF ARGENT was placed in in France last time but won in this grade at Wincanton early in the year and may come out best. Falcarragh's win at Perth came in a novices' event and Ballylifen is preferred having landed a handicap at Uttoxeter under A P McCoy last time. A couple of blunders put paid to Forever My Friend's chance at Worcester but he'd won at the same track before that while Cardigan Island, Porters War and Martin Cash all step up in class having placed on their latest outings.
