Thunderwing, Gallego and Credential are three against the field in a competitive opener and the tentative vote is given to Thunderwing. The selection was a fair fourth behind Gardasee last time out. That horse has since defied a penalty and off the same mark here he looks the one to be on. Gallego rates the main danger on his best form but all his best form is on a faster surface and he is taken on with this in mind. Credential is another that could go well as he is well weighted on hid best form but he has only ever won on the all-weather. Of the remainder Bahhmirage has place claims on hid best form but dissapointed for no apparent reason last time out so can not be put forward with any confidence and with this in mind for the winner we return to Thunderwing.
