In depth

Verdict

DARK SHIFT has much the best form having won at Ascot last year before finishing runner-up in a conditions race. He’s the one to beat on his reappearance. International Girl made a winning debut over 5f at Musselburgh last summer and is preferred to Solomons Judgement, who finished third in a claimer on the all-weather. Motorious and Dragon's Fire showed some promise on their respective debuts but both Ireland's Eye and Raffles Rebel made only moderate efforts on their comeback runs.
