        Verdict

        MR C travelled strongly last time at Pontefract and showed battling qualities to get his head in front where it mattered. He looks to be improving at a rate of knots so a 3lb rise should not prevent a double. Medici Moon hasn’t raced since February and is also making his debut on Turf but there may be more to come from the lightly-raced Upended. Masterfilly has hinted at ability but was still beaten more than 11 lengths when third last time at Ffos Las.
