It may be worth taking a chance with BLUE NEPTUNE in this low grade handicap where Annia Galeria and Pherousa are others that could have a say in the outcome. The selection has plenty to prove having struggled for form in recent times and having shown little on turf before. However, he hasn't long been with the in-form David Evans stable and he may be worth chancing now that connections have reached for the headgear as his mark has dropped to an attractive level. Annia Galeria has won only one of her sixteen career starts but she ran right up to her best at Warwick last time and has to enter calculations on the back of that performance. Pherousa was another to run close to her best on her most recent start and she could be worth keeping with now that she's recaptured some form whilst Pavement Games and Ballyvonane are two more to consider despite having questions to answer at present. The selection also has plenty to prove at present but the headgear may work the oracle for Blue Neptune.
