Verdict

Plenty of guesswork for both punters and handicappers when equating the various lines of maiden form but MUST BE ME is at least progressive and Eve Johnston Houghton's filly gets the tentative vote. Quietly fancied before her most recent outing at Brighton, she showed enough to suggest that she can pick up a small race. Super Simon is bred to stay a little further than this trip and he is sure to find favour with punters that blindly back top weights in nurseries. Sylvia Pankhurst performed with credit on her handicap debut at Chester and she has more experience than most to fall back upon. Lucky Suit and Perfect Words have plied their wares in selling company and both attempt to graduate into this higher level of competition.
