Verdict

Well Planted was only beaten a length-and-a-quarter behind Jackhammer here three weeks ago and is 3lb better off but it would be no surprise if the bottom weight confirmed the form. Wilhelm Vonvenster may have benefited from a short break but a similar comment applies to the four-year-old KAYFAST WARRIOR, who was improving before being taken off his feet in a Class 2 at Musselburgh in March.
