In depth

Verdict

Charlie Swan, who runs Reasonable Reserve in the 4:35, is represented by Hot Bunny but this one looks to have regressed of late and is difficult to back with any confidence, as is Magic Combination who has lost his way over the last two seasons. Backers of Cosmic Case will be hopeful of a big run from Spree Vision (runs in the 2:25) to boost the form. He has to be respected, as does Oulton Broad who returns to hurdles having fallen over fences last time. However, the TEAMtalk vote goes to Sue Smith's Misty Ridge. A good winner at Market Rasen in June, the son of Moscow Society failed to last the 3m2f at Southwell last time and will be better suited by the trip here.
