In depth

Verdict

Calliope appeared to go lame at Musselburgh two runs ago and was pulled up but she’s since placed again at Kelso and will be hard to keep out of the frame. Lostnfound was back to her best at Fakenham and Pammi, the only course and distance winner in the line-up, is back on a winning mark. Bellaney Gem justified strong market support at Sedgefield to open her account but January’s Plumpton winner LADY CHUFFNELL finished ahead of a subsequent winner when only beaten a neck at Carlisle and is preferred. Golden Emblem also beat a subsequent winner at Wincanton last month but could then only finish fourth at Sandown and has gone up a further 4lb since. Hunny Moon ran well inn a Grade 2 handicap at Newbury after winning her maiden at Wetherby and looks the pick of the remainder.
