Verdict

BALLYMALIN should be another winner for Nigel and Sam Twiston-Davies. Though he'll make a chaser in time, the winning pointer had enough speed to win a Chepstow bumper on his debut under Rules in January and ran later at the Cheltenham Festival. Round Tower did win a Ballinrobe maiden in August but has found at least one too good in 13 other runs over timber and is giving 6lb to the selection. What A Moment hasn't run since February but was quite highly tried in his first season over hurdles and it will be a surprise if his shrewd handler doesn't find a race or two for him this winter.
