Verdict

POWERSTOWN PARK had been running well without hitting the heights until landing an Exeter handicap by 10 lengths last week. He has a 7lb penalty to contend with but will be very difficult to beat. Ballydoyle has only had three starts over timber and was beaten a long way at Sandown last time though wasn't suited by heavy going. Good Bye won a jumpers' bumper at Lingfield but was beaten a long way back there a fortnight later while Queen Among Kings has never been placed over hurdles. Air Hair Lair has never looked like winning.
