Verdict

It's possible that Alberta's victory in the Jump Jockeys’ Derby at Epsom last month will have given his confidence a boost. But his partner that day, Jamie Moore, partners Graasten here for father Gary and he also has a chance following his second to Affaire De Coeurs at Fontwell – he won twice on the Flat in Germany. BLUE SURF, rated 92 on the Flat, probably came up against a useful novice when second to Excellent Result at Huntingdon earlier this month and can go one better here as long as there isn’t significant rain, though Newton Abbot runner-up Djarkalin should also be winning soon.
