Master Burbridge completed a double over hurdles in the spring then landed a Sedgefield handicap on his chasing debut. He was in touch when falling at Wincanton on his reappearance so has to be respected. Mr Muddle's two victories over fences have been on this track though the latest was in 2015 and he's still on a higher mark. Flat winner SAINT CONTEST (NAP) didn't do badly over hurdles and was well supported for his chasing bow at Kempton but his saddle slipped at the first. He's only four and has more scope than most of these rivals so gets the nod. Little Windmill has won twice on very fast going here so conditions could be in his favour but Our Sox, a winner in Ireland for Tony Martin, was soon struggling on his debut for new connections at Wincanton.
