In depth

Verdict

Foster's Road has already shown an aptitude for hurdling and makes more appeal than Bajan Hero of the previous winners. Khazium made a promising start when runner-up to Third Half at Worcester but could be up against a couple of promising newcomers here. Haymarket was second on the Polytrack in March when with Mark Johnston but JUNO THE MUFFINMAN has the better recent form having finished second to Teak over 1m6f at Salisbury at the end of July. He'll have had plenty of schooling and can make a winning debut over hurdles. Ballyheigue started favourite at Newton Abbot last month but has a lot to find with Bajan Hero on that run.
