    Verdict

Tim Easterby again has three entries and BARNEY'S BAY could prove the pick. Beaten a head at Beverley on his debut in August, he didn't quite run up to that form at Haydock a couple of weeks later but missed the break and pulled too hard. Dexter Belle made her debut at York in July and ran well for a long way while Musahaba has been gelded and moved to David O'Meara after a couple of moderate runs in Ireland. John Quinn's newcomer El Dorado Spirit is a half-brother to four winners including the useful juvenile Ponty Acclaim so should have plenty of pace.
