        Verdict

        Some very familiar faces here but Etching adds something of a new dimension to this stayers heat and the three-year-old is preferred over course specialists Jamaican Flight and Spa Lane - although Rouge Blanc is also very much respected. However, Etching is still only lightly raced and is holding her form well after being upped in trip during the summer. The selection is 2lb worse off with Rouge Blanc after her victory at Nottingham last month but the manner in which she gained her success gives her every chance of upholding the form.
