Bright New Dawn won a very tough handicap at the Festival here before a run over hurdles last month. Mr Fiftyone was 10l behind in that former event but returned to land a decent handicap last month. However, he was 18l behind DEVILS BRIDE over this trip at Galway in September and the latter has won three times subsequently including a Grade 3 at Naas so gets the vote. Texas Jack was conceding Willie Mullins' charge 9lb when beaten a length over 2m4f at Listowel but hasn't been in the best of form subsequently and would prefer a longer trip. Sizing Platinum has been competing in top novice company and will enjoy the good ground more than most but his stablemate Lord Ben has a bit to find with the selection on their run at Listowel and has been racing over hurdles.

Sizing Platinum (IRE) 14-1 (11-10) Led, joined 10th, mistake and unseated rider next, at Fairyhouse 2m 4f (1) Yielding in Mar.

Mr Fiftyone (IRE) 2-1fav (10-12) Soon prominent, close up from 7th, on terms before 3 out, gained narrow lead from 2 out, stayed on best run-in, won at Punchestown 2m hcp gd in May beating Draycott Place (10-1) by 2 1/2l, 8 ran.
Lord Ben (IRE) 16-1 (10-1) Soon led, headed from early straight, soon weakened, 13th of 16, dist behind Ancient Sands (10-7) at Killarney 2m 1f hcp gd in May.
