Verdict

Hearts Are Trumps has been in fine form and almost defied a 9lb rise for his victory at Galway when paying a return visit. Jetez won a Limerick maiden over this trip before a poor run over 2m4f at Roscommon. Stooshie is ultra-consistent but has been beaten off this mark in his last two starts so the vote goes to LIKE AN OPEN BOOK. She's won twice this year and showed she remains in top form with a second to the well-supported Wonder Laish at Navan. Makitorix has been very highly tried since landing a Listowel maiden on his debut last September while stable companion Eoline Jolie has had just three runs for the yard since scoring in France a month later. The latter is only four as is Mastermind, who has gone off the boil slightly after a close second to the classy Mitchouka in a Grade 3 at Fairyhouse in February.
