Verdict

It was soft underfoot when Marshal Dan won at Newbury in October and he’s 5lb higher. But BLIND BEGGAR has won two of only four starts since joining Mick Appleby and is taken to go one better racing off the same mark as when runner-up at Doncaster last week. Magical Spirit finished behind the selection on Town Moor but is preferred to stablemate Bielsa while Ghathanfar still looks high enough in the weights and Fortamour makes more appeal.
