In depth

Verdict

Cadeaux ran well on his debut over the track and trip but found 6f too short on his next start a few days later though he was up against a couple of decent rivals. Mumford's dam has produced winners with her first three foals and Geoff Harker's new acquisition from Richard Hannon showed enough potential last season to suggest he'll soon be winning. Courtsider is sprint-bred though she's a half-sister to a winning hurdler but the one to be on is PUSHINGMYPATIENCE. Karl Burke's Azamour filly made a bright start in the race where Cadeaux was fourth on this track and was well supported to do so. She found only Saltarello, who already had experience, too strong in the closing stages and should go one better.
