Verdict

Quite a few of these have been struggling for form but TILLY THE FILLY is a notable exception, having finished close up on three of her last four starts, including when a respectable third this month over course and distance. She's far from bombproof and still a maiden but this is only her sixth start on Turf and she's likely to run her race. Anniversary Belle produced a much better effort last time and a repeat of that effort puts her in the shake-up along with Boudica Bay, who was two and a half lengths behind her on that occasion but seems to be getting her act together. The form figures of Aish reveal a very hit and miss performer who is dangerous on a going day.
